The Chung Wah Association extends an invitation for visitors to learn about the early Chinese history in WA and experience some Chinese culture. Chung Wah Hall’s foundation stone was laid on 12 October 1910 and will be celebrating 110 years this year. In the early 1900s this part of Northbridge was a bustling Chinese community with grocery shops, restaurants, gambling dens, and a produce market for the market gardeners. The Chung Wah Association welcomes you to visit the hall.

There will be a historical photographic exhibition, presentations, walking tours, cultural demonstrations, and fun filled games and activities for you to participate in. All hands-on activities will be conducted in English and Mandarin. Suitable for all ages 5+

Bookings essential: email chungwah@chungwah.org.au
