Medibank Feel Good Program - South Bank

The Medibank Feel Good Program is a series of free fitness classes held at South Bank Parklands.

Bookings are not required, and there’s a range of classes to suit all fitness levels.

Class locations:

  • Aqua classes at the Boat Pool
  • Barre, Ballroom Dancing, Bootcamp, Mums & Bubs Fitness, Salsa Dancing, Bollywood Dancing and Tai Chi classes at Flowstate
  • Energy, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba® classes at Little Stanley Street Lawn

Mondays 5:30pm - 6:15pm Yoga

Tuesdays 7:00am-7:45am Barre 5:30pm - 6:15pm Pilates 6.30pm - 7:30pm Salsa Dancing

Wednesdays 7:00am - 7:45am Bootcamp 9:15am - 10am Mums & Bubs Fitness 5:00pm - 6:15pm Energy 6:30pm - 7:30pm Ballroom Dancing

Thursdays 7:00am - 7:45am Tai Chi 5:30pm - 6:15pm ZUMBA® 6:30pm - 7:30pm Bollywood Dancing

Fridays N/A

Saturdays 8am - 8:45am Yoga 9:15am - 10am Aqua

Sundays N/A
